Once you have received a booking confirmation via email, our hotline operator will contact and connecting you and driver before, in and after the ride. Details of the driver and car will be sent to you via email/whatsapp/viber right before pickup time.

Our driver will be ready waiting outside exit at meeting point (sent to you by our hotline operator) with your name sign right after your flight landed.
(a) For cancellations more than 48 hours before the start of the transfer: full refund (without transaction fee 3%) of the Booking Price
(b) For cancellations 48 hours or less before the start of the transfer or in case of no-show: no refund.
